Licensed Psychological Practitioner

I have over 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who struggle with a variety of emotional and relational problems. In therapy I integrate expressive activities with a client-centered approach. Because family involvement is crucial in providing positive change, I give homework and coach clients to practice skills learned to accelerate their family's therapeutic progress. I assess each individual's biopsychosocialspiritual needs and develop goals addressing their entire being.
I work with individuals, families, and couples. In therapy I integrate art and play with cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal techniques. I also incorporate each clients' strengths and beliefs. I am now practicing from my residence, a log cabin on 15 acres. I find nature helps clear the mind, and incorporate hikes into my counseling. I am a mother of 3 children, 2 goats, chickens, and a dog and a cat.
